I’m Diego Casas, a private chef and food photographer with over ten years of international experience. I create tailored dining experiences and nutritional meal plans for athletes, busy professionals, and families.

My work ranges from intimate in-home dining events, to weekly meal preparation, always focused on fresh, seasonal ingredients and balanced nutrition. Each menu is designed to nourish, energise, and bring people together through simple, honest, and flavourful food.

My cuisine reflects my roots in Uruguay, shaped by strong Latin flavours and the influence of Spanish and Italian cooking. Over the years, I’ve also developed a deep appreciation for French and Japanese cuisine, which have become techniques and flavour profiles I love to fuse with the dishes and the simplicity of the food I grew up eating.
